Although it can offer moderate crunches, the Wave Cannon mkII is really capable of outperforming your amp, and it has plenty of gain and volume available, because we've been frustrated too many times by classically superb pedals that didn't go far enough with clean amps, or that were lower than the original volume when turned off. The Focus setting hollows out, flattens or increases the midrange, while Rumble increases the bass available in the circuit and is particularly useful with moderate gains. By activating this selector, your signal may be momentarily muted, which is normal. Keep pressing the Havoc footswitch for feedback and unpredictable noise! For the Havoc switch to work, the wave Cannon must receive the purest guitar signal, either by being the first of your effects, or by ensuring that your effects are switched off. Results may vary...
