An 88-key keyboard designed for learning

The CDP-S110WE features 88 keys with Graded Hammer II action. The resistance varies by register, with a heavier touch in the lower register and a lighter touch in the upper register, making it better suited for piano playing than a synthesizer-style keyboard.

Velocity response can be adjusted to three levels. This setting modifies how the volume responds to the force of the keystroke, but does not change the mechanical resistance of the keys.

10 Essential Sounds and Features

The piano offers 10 sounds, including acoustic and electric pianos. This selection is intentionally simple and is primarily intended for users who prioritize piano playing over a large sound library.

Sound layering, the metronome, transposition, and tuning cover the common needs for practicing pieces, playing with other instruments, or adjusting the key to a specific situation.

Built-in Amplification and Headphone/Audio Output

The CDP-S110WE features built-in speakers with 2 x 8 W amplification. No external amplifier or speakers are needed to start playing at home.

The headphone/audio output can be used for practicing with headphones or for sending the signal to compatible audio equipment. You’ll simply need the appropriate cable for the device to which the piano will be connected.

Compact design for small spaces

With a depth of 232 mm, the CDP-S110WE takes up significantly less space than a cabinet-style digital piano. Its white finish also makes it easier to integrate into a bright or contemporary interior, without compromising any of its functions compared to the black version.

The piano does not include a cabinet or fixed stand. To ensure stable use at the correct height, you’ll need to provide a compatible keyboard stand if you don’t already have one.

AC Power or Battery Operation

The CDP-S110WE can run on 6 AA batteries in addition to its AC adapter. Casio states that battery life can last up to approximately 13 hours, depending on usage conditions.

This battery power option is especially useful for occasional use, travel, or temporary setups. At home, the included AC adapter remains the most practical solution.

Compatibility with Casio Music Space

The piano can be connected to a compatible smartphone or tablet to use Casio Music Space. The app provides access to certain settings on the CDP-S110WE and also offers features related to PDF sheet music as well as audio and MIDI playback.

This connection does not use Bluetooth. A cable and, depending on the mobile device used, a compatible adapter may be required.

Included Accessories and Optional Add-ons

The CDP-S110WE comes with an SP-3 sustain pedal, a music stand, and a power adapter. This means you can start playing right away without having to purchase these items separately.

Headphones and a keyboard stand are not included. The SP-3 pedal provides basic sustain functionality; a setup more akin to an upright piano will require additional compatible accessories.
