The Yamaha P-45's keyboard provides an optimal playing sensation, giving you the impression of playing an acoustic piano. Its 88-key Graded Hammer action keyboard features a GHS mechanism that distributes the weight of the keys according to tessitura, just like a real acoustic piano. With its 64-note polyphony, the P-45 can also accompany you on stage. Professional quality, the P-45 and its AWM stereo sampling provide a wide range of sounds, each as realistic as the next. The P-45 integrates a total of 10 instruments: grand pianos, electric pianos, organs, harpsichords, vibraphones and symphonic strings. Added to this are high-quality integrated digital effects such as reverb and chorus.

Yamaha P-45 Dual & Duo modes

The Yamaha P-45 features two modes to enrich your playing experience. The first, Dual mode, lets you superimpose two different tones to enrich your sound. You can, for example, play piano and strings simultaneously. The other, Duo mode, is designed for students and teachers. This mode divides the keyboard into 2 identical parts (same note pitch) to enable the student to easily reproduce the teacher's gestures.
