Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
Deluxe version of the TARS pedal, this is a fuzz pedal with 2 analog filters inspired by the MS-20. It's probably the only pedal with 4-pole resonant low-pass and high-pass filters. It's a versatile tool for stage and studio, allowing you to sculpt your sound with great precision, or it's an experimental pedal for lovers of intense noise.

Technical sheet
- for electric guitar Yes
- Fuzz Yes
- Gain: Located after the input buffer stage, followed by gain and silicon clipping stages.
- Master: Master volume.
- FBK: Amount of fuzz feedback when the Crash footswitch is activated. Can enter auto-oscillation depending on Gain setting.
- Low Pass Filter CutOff: Cutoff frequency of the MS-20-style low-pass filter, based on an LM13700 stage, ranging from 15 Hz to 44 kHz.
- LPF Resonance: Signal strength around cutoff frequency.
- Filter Volume: VCA - Filter output volume.
- 2p/4p Toggle Switches: Attenuation curve, cut at -12 dB/octave (2p) or -24 dB/octave (4p).
- High Pass Filter CutOff: Cutoff frequency of the MS-20-style high-pass filter, based on an LM13700 stage, ranging from 30 Hz to 22 kHz.
- HPF Resonance: Signal intensity around the cutoff frequency.
- Add Fuzz (long press on Crash footswitch): Adds an additional, unfiltered fuzz signal, creating an interesting phasing effect and boosting or reducing frequencies depending on the cutoff position.
- Serial/Parallel selector: Places the fuzz in the filter or uses both effects in parallel.
- LPF/HPF Expression selector: Selects which filter is controlled by the expression pedal.
- Expression/CV: The Expression/CV control is linked to the cutoff slider of your choice.
