Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
Handcrafted in Italy from selected components, the CORNERSTONE MUSIC GEAR Gladio SC Preamp is a saturation unit based on the first channel of the original CMG Gladio, which had in its sights the sounds of artists such as Robben Ford and Sonny Landreth.
On the Gladio SC, the addition of the Clean control takes us in the direction of the mythical grain of Stevie Ray and his Dumble amps: the circuit redirects the clean signal directly to the pedal input and redirects it to the output to be mixed with the Overdrive section. This adds a layer of clean sound on top of the saturation for an authentic Texas Blues sound.
