The CORT Earth70 MH Natural Open Pore steel-string acoustic guitar is a Dreadnought with a solid mahogany top, laminated mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck and Ovangkol fingerboard.
This is a must-have model in the entry-mid-range segment. Beginners and experienced players alike will appreciate its playing comfort, the remarkable warmth/dynamic balance of its sound, and the quality of its finish. The all-mahogany structure of the body produces a particularly thick, organic midrange, and the fingerboard is made of Ovangkol. This is an African relative of Rosewood, whose essential properties it shares, with significantly more generous midrange and more prominent treble, albeit less prominent than Maple.
