The CORT Earth Grand Natural Open Pore steel-string acoustic guitar is a Dreadnought with a solid Sitka spruce top, a laminated mahogany back, sides and neck, and an Ovangkol fingerboard.
This is a must-have model in the entry-mid-range segment. Beginners and experienced players alike will appreciate its playing comfort, the remarkable warmth/dynamic balance of its sound, and the quality of its finish. The finish is more restrained than on the benchmark Earth100, which makes it possible to offer it at an even tighter price. No difference in terms of sound quality.

The fingerboard is made of Ovangkol. This is an African relative of Rosewood, whose essential properties it shares, with significantly more generous midrange and more prominent treble, albeit less prominent than that of Maple.
