The DSM & HUMBOLDT ClearComp 1078 is a studio-grade electric guitar compressor in pedal format.
Thanks to its proprietary "Dynamic Threshold" technology, and unlike most other compressors on the market, the ClearComp 1078 maintains a fixed gain level when the Threshold level is changed. A compressor of choice, ultra-natural, transparent and extremely low-noise, it's so discreet that you can even position it in front of saturation pedals and make it behave like a booster (for your solos, for example).
