The EASTMAN E1P Deluxe (Truetone Gloss Sunburst) is a remarkable compact electro-acoustic Parlor folk guitar (scale 24.9"). Its all-solid-wood construction is extremely well executed: thermo-cured Sitka spruce top, Sapele body (a substitute for mahogany), mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard. The quality of the woods used and the way it's made make it worthy of much more expensive vintages. Superb projection, dynamic bass, present midrange and balanced treble.
The soundboard has undergone a torrefaction treatment to give it greater stability and accentuate the instrument's vintage sound temperament.
The on-board Fishman Presys VT preamp facilitates recording on stage and in the studio, respecting the guitar's deep identity.
