On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of Iron Maiden, surely one of the most influential heavy metal bands, Fender unveils the FENDER Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Dave Murray Stratocaster (0141010306). Maiden's sonic identity is inextricably linked to that of its three guitarists, led by Dave Murray.
Dave Murray has always used custom Fender Stratocasters. The 50th Anniversary combines the guitarist's favorite elements, including an Alder body, Rosewood fingerboard (21 frets), a trio of Seymour Duncan JB™ TB-4 (bridge), Antiquity™ Texas Hot (center), '59™ SH-1N (neck) pickups and - please - a Floyd Rose Original double-block vibrato! (made in Germany).
