The FENDER California Standard Monterey E (0974253521) is an attractive electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar in the Orchestra Model style, combining traditional and modern features for great playing pleasure. Laminated Sapele top, laminated Sapele back and sides, Okoume neck and Walnut fingerboard. You'll be able to amplify it easily and efficiently thanks to the on-board Fender pre-amp, which controls volume, tone and tuning. The fingerboard is Walnut. A compromise between Rosewood, Mahogany and Maple, Walnut has a well-balanced bass/midrange/treble frequency balance, combined with remarkable clarity. Its bass is generous and precise, its midrange dense and its treble fleshy.
