Replacing the previously popular American Special, the solidbody electric guitar FENDER American Performer Telecaster (0115112341) is a vintage/modern model between Mexican and Standard USA production. It mixes traditional features (alder body, bolt-on maple neck, maple or rosewood fingerboard, 25.5" scale) with more contemporary ones (22 frets, 9.5" radius). New Fender Yosemite pickups have been developed for the occasion, particularly rich and expressive with a consistent output level. In addition, the circuit embeds the Greasebucket tone system (only on the bridge pickup). Delivered in a Fender gig bag.

Quelle gratte !
Je connais bien Fender, je le traine quelques beaux modèles et j’en ai testé pas mal.
J’ai surtout des Strat américaines, mes préférées sont les am Pro. Là je n’avais actuellement qu’une tele mexicaine. Pas trop mal mais à côté de mes strat américaines on sentait la différence... j’ai donc acheté cette belle performer ! Je suis sur le c... lutherie, finition, couleur, manche, confort, poids ... tout est génial ! ???????? Mention spéciale au manche magnifique, satiné et doux. Le son maintenant : a vide ça twang déjà ! Branché ? Incroyable de dynamique sur le micro chevalet, micro manche crémeux même si un tout petit peu en dessous en qualité. Mais que du bon ! A ce prix c’est juste énorme ! Un vrai instrument exigent, sérieux, polyvalent et avec de la personnalité.
