Semi-hollow electric guitar

The FENDER Tom DeLonge Starcaster (0262360557) is the signature model of the guitarist/vocalist of Blink-182 and Angesl & Airwaves. It's a revisited version of the original Fender Starcaster designed by Gene Fields and marketed in its first form between 1976 and 1982 (then reissued in 2013). Unlike the vast majority of other semi-hollow body electric guitars (with a center block to limit feedback), the Starcaster is equipped with a bolt-on neck (made of Torrefied Maple for added stability). The Tom Delonge Starcaster gets straight to the point with a unique and highly effective Seymour Duncan SH-5 Duncan Custom Humbucker pickup that produces magnificent mid-gain saturation, both cutting and musical. It's backed up by a Treble Bleed circuit that preserves its clarity when the volume control is turned down.

Points forts:

Manche moderne C type Strat "grosse tête 70 (change de l’original qui selon moi n’est pas très belle) ": Confortable et facile à jouer, idéal pour les solos et les riffs rapides.
Guitare légère: Parfaite pour les longues sessions de jeu sans fatigue.
Son rock n'roll authentique: Convient parfaitement aux styles rock et punk.
Bouton volume/tone avec treble bleed: Permet de conserver des aigus clairs même à faible volume.
Esthétique: Superbe en White.

Points faibles:
Prix élevé: Un peu cher pour une guitare Fender fabriquée en Asie Indonésie.

Cette guitare est une excellente option pour les guitaristes à la recherche d'un instrument facile à jouer pour envoyer du gros son rock n'roll authentique (même pour ceux qui ne sont pas fan de Blink 182) . Le manche moderne C est très confortable et le bouton volume/tone avec treble bleed est une fonctionnalité très appréciable.
