Integrating four patented Hartke 20 cm (8") HyDrive drivers and a 500-watt Class D amplifier in an elegant cabinet weighing just 22 kg (49 lbs), the HD508 delivers outstanding bass for all your rehearsals, on stage or in the studio.
HyDrive drivers feature carefully engineered paper/aluminum hybrid diaphragms. This hybrid design offers an exceptional blend of warmth and dynamics, impossible to achieve with traditional all-paper bass drivers. Specific to the HD508, the integration of four 20 cm (8") HyDrive drivers in a single cabinet creates a larger combined diaphragm area, capable of reproducing a wider audio range, than that of a single 38 cm (15") driver.
In addition to the impeccable sound quality of the HyDrive drivers, the HD508 offers phenomenal power in an ultra-portable format. Its lightweight Class D amplifier delivers an impressive 500 watts of power, enough to power any rehearsal room, recording studio or performance venue. With a total weight of just 22 kg (49 lbs.), the HD508 is easy to transport: molded strap handle, metal side handles or removable wheels.
