Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
TheArcher Select is a unique boost/overdrive pedal. Over the years, many have studied the influence of NOS germanium clipping diodes and debated the best model for K-type pedals to be truly faithful to the original. The Internet is full of assumptions and, to a lesser extent, misleading information about the original developer. That's why J.Rockett decided to put your ears first by letting you easily switch between 7 clipping diode configurations. When you don't activate the Clipping footswitch, the default OA10 diodes are used. The Clipping selector lets you choose from 6 additional diodes. Depending on the position of the selector, you can compare the default and selected diodes. The diodes are sorted according to their output level, clockwise from lowest to highest.
The loudspeaker simulation of the D.I. output is intended for those who want direct listening or direct recording of the overdrive. The Ground (GND) switch applies only to the D.I. output, where it can suppress any ground problems.
