The JACKSON Pro Plus Series Dinky DKAQ (2914105587) is a solid-body electric guitar with all the essential features for the Hard-Rock / Heavy-Metal guitarist, whether rhythm or soloist.
The Pro Plus Dinky DKAQ is a versatile, attractively priced model with a strong case for traditional/modern lutherie (Okoume body, flamed maple top, five-piece maple/walnut bolt-on neck, 24-fret Ebony fingerboard). Its equipment is not to be outdone: Seymour Duncan JB TB-4 (bridge), '59 SH-1N (neck), Floyd Rose 1000 double-block vibrato. Used for decades by the maritime and aeronautical industries, Okoume (native to West Africa) is the wood of choice for electric guitars (John Suhr used it for many years).
This light / low-density wood can be considered a Mahogany, with more pronounced high frequencies and an extended dynamic range, exacerbating the instrument's clarity.
