The combination of hybrid lutherie (Meranti body, torrefied maple bolt-on neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard) and a set of custom pickups in an HH configuration makes it equally happy to tackle a wide variety of musical styles. The body is made of Meranti, a sustainable and widely available wood from the forests of Southeast Asia. Its physical and acoustic characteristics are similar to those of mahogany.
