Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
The Violet is a new approach to distortion/overdrive, the result of a collaboration between Josh Scott and renowned Brazilian guitarist Lari Basilio! Using this pedal is like adding a new, ultra-flexible distortion channel to your favorite amp. Unique 3-band equalization sets Violet apart from other popular distortion pedals. The midrange control is placed before the distortion circuit, allowing the distortion to be shaped pre-amplification. This design choice enables the Violet to offer a multitude of tones, from overdrive to powerful modern distortion. The Bass and Treble controls are located more traditionally after the distortion circuit, offering familiar yet extremely flexible post-distortion adjustment.
