The LUNASTONE Big Fella is a two-preset saturation/overdrive pedal with a disengageable boost adjustable up to +15db. Extremely versatile (from light crunch to contemporary hi-gain sound), it offers maximum transparency, warmth, punch and reactivity in all circumstances and whatever settings are applied to it. Steen Grøntved, musician, engineer and founder of the Danish firm LunaStone, has previously spent countless hours analyzing the way in which the various components of a pedal interact with our guitars and amplifiers. In his quest for absolute transparency, he finally opted for the one and only technology that made sense to him: multiple cascaded gain stages. Unlike most other saturation pedals, which use diode-clipping circuitry, his patented TrueOverDrive approach captures the full character of your amplifier, and every nuance of your playing, regardless of the type of pickup your instrument is equipped with.
