The MARTIN & CO Custom Shop CS-000-C24053587 #2969056 is an exceptional 000-style steel-string acoustic guitar inspired by the legendary 000-42. The Star's Music Acoustic team visited the Custom Shop Martin workshops in the USA to select the wood species before assembly.

All woods are, of course, solid. It features a premium Sitka Spruce top, a Honduras Rosewood back and sides combo, a Mahogany neck and an Ebony fingerboard.
Sitka spruce is the traditional choice for the vast majority of acoustic guitars. Thanks to a perfect balance between robustness and elasticity, Sitka generates a direct, punchy sound with impeccable articulation. These characteristics give this species great tonal flexibility and adaptability to virtually any playing style: strumming, flatpicking or fingerpicking.
