Constructed from solid, premium-quality woods (Adirondack Spruce VTS* top, Adirondack Spruce VTS forward shifted hand-scaled X bracing, Madagascar Rosewood back and sides, Mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard), the MARTIN GUITAR D-28 Authentic 1937 steel-string acoustic guitar is a sublime replica of the D-28 from 137.
The Adirondack Spruce top and bracing have been subjected to the exclusive VTS (Vintage Tone System) torrefaction process, giving them the appearance and acoustic behavior of vintage woods.
