The MESA BOOGIE Mark Five: 35 Rackmount Head (10/25/35 watts) is a model of flexibility and efficiency, condensed into a compact, rack-mountable case. Using the remarkable platform of the Mark Five: 25, it adds 10x watts of extra power, a CabClone speaker simulator (+ headphone jack), an individual Solo potentiometer for each channel and a longer, lush all-tube reverb.
The six available modes Clean, Fat, Crunch, Mark IIC+, Mark IV, Xtreme combined with the powerful 5x band graphic equalizer and dual-function midrange control offer all possible combinations with the common denominator of a fundamentally Mesa Boogie identity.
The Mid/Boost is a traditional midrange equalizer from 1 to 5, but transforms into a Boost control from 5 to 10, (exacerbated overdrive and harmonics). The Mesa Boogie CabClone 8 Ohms Speaker Simulator is a passive direct box: - allows you to capture a direct signal, leaving the option of connecting a speaker cabinet to your amp or not - high-quality headphone jack - VOICING switch three speaker cabinet style variants (Closed Back, Open Back, Vintage Cabinet) for optimum versatility.
