Midi interface

The MIDI Solutions MultiVoltage Merger merges all MIDI messages appearing on its two MIDI inputs to its two MIDI outputs. All MIDI message types are merged, including System Exclusive, MIDI Clock, and MIDI Time Code messages. A fast merge algorithm ensures that all MIDI data is processed accurately and with as little delay as possible.

The Merger is powered by MIDI and requires no batteries or power to work with most MIDI products (for more information, see the Power FAQ). A MIDI indicator light illuminates when the product is receiving power and flashes when MIDI data passes through it.

MIDI Solutions MultiVoltage products are compatible with the original 5V MIDI specifications and the new 3.3V specifications. For more information, see the MultiVoltage FAQ.
