Modulation, chorus, flanger, phaser & tremolo effect pedal for bass
The MXR Bass Synth sends out intergalactic tones and vintage analog vibes, in a monophonic synth palette reminiscent of classic Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Parliament Funkadelic and many others.
Designed in collaboration with bass-frequency master and gear connoisseur Ian Martin Allison, this supercharged pedal delivers devastating sub-octaves, expressive envelopes and rich modulations, with formidable tracking and ultra-musical sustain.
If you want to skip the setup stage and get straight to the heart of the matter, there are 8 different presets designed by Ian Martin Allison to play with straight away. Each is inspired by classic synth sounds, from those heard in Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon" to Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" and Nine Inch Nails' "Head Like a Hole". Switching from one preset to another is as easy as pressing the Preset button.
