Je jouais auparavant sur une tête d'ampli à lampes Orange TH30, mais il me fallait quelque chose de moins puissant (mes nouveaux voisins m'en remercient sans le savoir), et ce combo transistor Super Crush 100 se révèle être un très bon compromis. On retrouve le son caractéristique d'Orange (et le look bien sûr), parfait pour tout ce qui est stoner, blues rock, etc. Mais il est malgré tout très polyvalent et il supporte très bien les pédales d'effet, que ce soit en boucle ou en série. S'il fallait trouver quelque chose à redire, je dirais que c'est peut-être dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de footswitch inclus avec l'ampli.
