Custom Features for a Unique Sound

The 635JM “S” pickups were specifically designed to deliver full, rich, and musical tones, particularly in the high frequencies. Virtually every component of the guitar has been customized to precisely meet John Mayer’s expectations, ensuring a tone that will appeal to discerning musicians.

Optimal Wood Selection for a Sturdy Construction

The body of this guitar is made of poplar, a wood species recognized as an alternative to alder. This wood, which is widely available and economical, is frequently used in the manufacture of mid-range instruments, offering excellent value for money without compromising sound quality.
