Jabon or Basswood body, bolt-on neck in Maple, Jatoba or Maple fingerboard (depending on color), humbucking pickup(s) with ceramic magnets, active two-band electronics. Jabon is a fast-growing tree native to Indonesia. Light and aesthetically pleasing, its temperament is identical to that of basswood, producing well-balanced tones with present midrange and remarkable dynamics and definition. The fingerboard is made of Jatoba (or Brazilian Cherry), a wood whose tonal characteristics are close to those of Pau Ferro. warm, punchy tones.
