The OP-XY is a revolutionary multitrack sequencer, synthesizer and dynamic sampler, inspired by the currents of dance/electro music from around the world, offered by the Teenage Engineering brand.

The heart of the workflow is step sequencing, a dynamic tension between precision and creative momentum. You stack compositions like cubes, then twist them, adding complexity with on-the-fly effects. The new chord progression tool helps with this and creates new song structures and musical turns.

The OP-XY brings a whole new dimension to live performances and productions: a new multi-sampler allows you to call up samples from multiple "zones" simultaneously, finely tuned synthesizers with formidable sonic possibilities, geometric visuals and an effects library for breathtaking Live performances. Added to this is a built-in gyroscope that allows you to show or hide tracks by moving the device.

The OP-XY is perfectly crafted and features a matte black anodized aluminum finish that makes it ultra-attractive.

No more complications, we focus on the complete connectivity of Cruise Control. The OP-XY keeps your entire studio in permanent sync as soon as it is connected.
A powerful multi-output connection has been added and it can be switched to four different outputs in MIDI, CV, Sync or Gate. This results in optimal connectivity for Eurorack, drums, external synthesizers or effects processors.
