Expander
Discover the Crema de Waldorf, a polyphonic synthesizer that combines modern creativity with vintage nostalgia—ideal for musicians seeking new sounds.
Overview
With the Crema, Waldorf reimagines the world of vintage string machines in a compact, modern, and versatile polyphonic synthesizer. As the successor to the famous Streichfett, it combines the richness of classic string sounds with the power of wavetable, FM, and virtual analog synthesis to offer a wide range of sounds.
Two sound engines for unlimited creativity
Thanks to its two sound engines—Texture and Lines—which can be used independently or layered, the Crema lets you create a multitude of sounds:
- Warm string ensembles
- Enveloping pads
- Atmospheric layers
- Evolving textures
Its intuitive controls provide direct access to key synthesis parameters, allowing you to shape sounds and evolve them in real time.
A compact and rugged design, ideal for your performances
The latest addition to Waldorf’s line of compact synthesizers, the Crema combines the authentic character of vintage string machines with the capabilities of modern synthesis in a lightweight, rugged, and easily transportable format. An ideal instrument for sound design, music production, and live performances.
