Overview

The Warm Audio JUDE-MP2 is a two-channel microphone preamp inspired by the famous A-Range consoles of the 1960s and 1970s. Designed in collaboration with Sound Techniques, this unit delivers a rich, musical sound suitable for a variety of audio sources, including vocals, guitars, pianos, drums, and stereo recordings.

High-End Design for Exceptional Sound

Each channel of the JUDE-MP2 features a 3035 discrete Class A amplifier paired with custom-wound CineMag USA transformers. This combination delivers unmatched sound quality.

Z-Match control for precise performance adjustment

The JUDE-MP2 preamp features an independent 9-position Z-Match control on each channel. This allows you to modify the interaction between the microphone and the preamp by adjusting the input impedance, offering total flexibility in setting gain, transient response, frequency balance, and harmonic character, depending on the microphone and source being used.

Comprehensive Features for Versatile Recording

The JUDE-MP2 offers up to 76 dB of gain per channel and includes 48 V phantom power, polarity reversal, a line-level switch, and analog VU meters. These features make it a comprehensive tool for mono, dual-mono, or stereo studio recordings.
