Overview

The Warm Audio JUDE-MP captures the character of the preamps found in Sound Techniques A-Range consoles in a convenient single-channel format. Developed in collaboration with Sound Techniques, it features the 3035 discrete Class A amplifier circuit to deliver depth, presence, and musicality similar to those of historic British consoles. Whether you’re recording vocals, acoustic guitars, pianos, or guitar amps, the JUDE-MP meets all your studio needs.

An innovative Z-Match selector for optimal sound adjustment

At the heart of the JUDE-MP is the 9-position Z-Match selector, which allows you to adjust the interaction between the microphone and the preamp. This setting, based on impedance conditions and gain, influences the transient response, frequency balance, and harmonic character of the signal. This offers a wide range of sonic nuances, allowing you to tailor the recording to the specific characteristics of the microphone and the source being recorded.

High-Quality Components for Exceptional Audio Performance

The JUDE-MP is designed with custom-wound CineMag USA transformers, which ensure faithful audio signal transmission. In addition, it features audio-grade Nichicon and Wima capacitors for optimal clarity. Its 48 V phantom power, polarity reversal, and line-level switching further expand its range of studio applications.
