Folk guitar
The history of Yamaha FG acoustic guitars began in 1966 with the FG180 and FG150, which proved that excellent, comfortable instruments could be offered at ultra-democratic prices; with over 200 variations offered over the years, the success has never waned, and this YAMAHA FGX800C SDB electro-acoustic cutaway dreadnought with solid spruce top and laminated Nato/Okoume body (mahogany variants) won't disappoint.
The bracing has been redesigned by the R&D department, resulting in a new configuration that gives FG guitars fuller, more powerful bass and low-midrange frequencies. The range is available in multiple combinations of woods and finishes.
