The CORT Earth70-12 Natural Open Pore steel-string acoustic guitar is a twelve-string dreadnought with a solid Sitka spruce top, a laminated mahogany back/side/neck trio and an Ovangkol fingerboard. Beginners and experienced players alike will appreciate the comfort of playing, the traditional balance of sound and the quality of finish.
Ovangkol is an African relative of Rosewood, whose essential properties it shares, with a significantly more generous midrange and more prominent treble, though less prominent than Maple.
