The EASTMAN Double Top DT30GACE is a Grand Auditorium cutaway steel-string acoustic guitar featuring a Sitka Spruce/Nomex/Sitka Spruce top, solid Rosewood back and sides, Mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard, LR Baggs Anthem pre-amp (volume/tone knobs in the soundhole) and nitrocellulose finish.

Double Top soundboards feature a Nomex core covered on both sides with Sitka spruce veneer. Nomex is a composite material also used in the aeronautics industry, with a stiffness-to-weight ratio that makes it as responsive as the best spruce.
