Folk guitar
The timeless Dreadnought Slope Shoulder J-45 - aka The Workhorse - has been a favorite of legendary musicians since its release in 1942. The EPIPHONE Inspired by Gibson J-45 Standard EC steel-string acoustic guitar (EIAJ4CHBNH1) is a direct heir to the Gibson J-45, offering excellent craftsmanship at a very attractive price.
It features an all-solid-wood construction (Sitka spruce top, mahogany back/ sides/neck, rosewood fingerboard), and a Fishman Presys VT preamp for easy amplification in concert or studio (volume/tone controls in the soundhole).CareThe nitrocellulose varnish, as on vintage Gibsons, plays a major role in the instrument's "breathing" thanks to its porous nature (vibrations are not muffled by the varnish). To avoid damaging your guitar, we recommend Hercules stands with specially formulated non-abrasive foams.
