Combining the authentic style of a "Big Stock" Fender with the feel and characteristics of a contemporary instrument, the FENDER Custom Shop 1969 NOS Stratocaster #R123423 (9238013032) solid body electric guitar commemorates a banner year for music (and the Strat).
This guitar’s two-piece select alder body features a Maple neck with Modern C profile, Maple fretboard with 22 frets (7.25" radius), Custom Shop Hand-Wound Fat 50's & Seymour Duncan Custom Staggered Strat SSL-5 AlNiCo 5 pickups (SSL-5 was used at a time by David Gilmour), Blender wiring (one of the potentiometers allows for blending neck and bridge pickups).
