Combining traditional features with more contemporary specificities, the Player Telecaster II respects the deep identity of the original Tele, enhanced by increased tonal flexibility and remarkable playing comfort.
Compared with a vintage model, its register is extended thanks to a 22-fret fingerboard (medium-jumbo) and Alnico V pickups producing crystal-clear highs, musical mids and deep, precise basses.

Solid body electric guitar, Alder, Ash "chambered" or Mahogany "chambered" body depending on color, bolt-on neck in Maple, Maple or Rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, Modern C profile, radius 9.5"). For the references concerned, a "chambered " body is fitted with tonal chambers. These are small cavities whose positioning has been designed for optimum efficiency. This technique reduces the weight of the instrument without altering its tonal identity, while adding a discreet acoustic dimension and a muffled character to the sound.
