Overdrive, distortion & fuzz effect pedal
The Fuzz Rangers combines 2 iconic circuits, Cesar Diaz's Fuzz Face and Treble Booster, in one compact pedal. It offers a vintage sound with modern versatility, ideal for guitarists seeking expressive dynamics and rich textures.
The fuzz circuit on the left is based on the classic silicon Fuzz Face. It incorporates a pair of military BC108 NOS transistors and carbon-film resistors, for a faithful, authentic response. It shines in solo and interacts beautifully with your guitar's volume control, just like a real vintage Fuzz Face.
The treble booster circuit on the right is inspired by the legendary Cesar Diaz Treble Booster (used by SRV, among others). This circuit uses a BC547A transistor, offering greater compatibility with other pedals and improved power and polarity management.
The two effects are totally independent, so you can use them separately or together as you wish. Use the signal selector (active only when both effects are engaged) to choose the signal order.
