The KARDIAN Serotonin ADD CBF C10H12N2O Overdrive is an evolution of the legendary Ibanez© TS808© overdrive pedal, with a wider gain range, superior dynamics and more flexible two-band EQ. Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, the Serotonin C10H12N2O is an authentic high-performance boutique pedal: Texas Instrument components, Vishay and Jantzen Audio capacitors, Amtrans AMRG resistors (1% tolerance, non-magnetic, brass tips, gold-plated oxygen-free copper outputs), etc....The main controls (Volume, Drive, Treble, Bass) and additional controls (Blend, Clean-LPF, Clean-Vol) are equally responsive and efficient, giving the processor great flexibility. The ADD CBF mode lets you fine-tune the low end of the spectrum (while optimizing the dynamics of the signal not processed through a parallel mixer). Like the TS808, the Serotonin pairs well with other saturation pedals or the drive channel of an amplifier, with full midrange and remarkable maintenance of dynamics, definition and openness.
