The KEPMA Boutique Solid Top F1 OM is an extremely attractive Orchestra Model-style steel-string acoustic guitar in the mid-range range. Priced democratically, it boasts surprising power and amplitude for its relatively compact size!

It owes much of its performance to the care taken in the construction of its soundboard, which is made of A+ grade solid Sitka spruce (the body and neck are laminated African mahogany, the fingerboard is rosewood). Not only does the top benefit from a high-temperature torrefaction treatment that gives it greater stability and optimal resonance, but it is also tuned by ear (tap-tuning technique)! This procedure enables us to select the examples offering the best tonal balance and optimal response (non-validated tops are reworked by the CNC to adjust its refinement so that it can be used).

Another strong argument in favor of this Kepma is PLEK PRO fretting, a process usually reserved for more expensive instruments. This technology uses a computerized machine that analyzes the entire fingerboard, then cuts, files and polishes the frets accordingly.
