In 1987, Mike Soldano revolutionized electric guitar amplification with the now legendary Super Lead Overdrive 100 SLO-100 (10 watt tubes). The SLO set the standard for "Modern High-gain" saturation. Its Drive channel has been part of the signature sound of artists such as Mick Mars (Motley Crue), Warren de Martini (Ratt), and Howard Leese (Heart). The Crunch channel, meanwhile, has become the best friend of such greats as Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Warren Haynes, Gary Moore and Lou Reed. Thanks to its efficient controls and filters, the compact SOLDANO SLO Super Lead Overdrive pedal is capable of reproducing these legendary sounds with a perfect balance of gain, sustain and dynamics.
