Description

The Trackpack US-2x2 tascam is a USB audio interface with 2 inputs and 2 outputs.

The US-2x2 is a 2-in/2-out USB 2-in/2-out audio/MIDI interface that is perfectly suited for music creation - especially for novice users. It offers high quality recording features, with 24 bit/96 kHz quality, and its ease of use allows high quality recordings to be made as soon as it is connected.
Microphone preamps are a key factor in audio quality: the US-2x2 incorporates Ultra-HDDA technology microphone preamps with an equivalent input noise level (EIN) of -125 dBu: in other words, a very, very low background noise level. Thanks to its very wide dynamic range, this interface can be used with both dynamic and static microphones. It is therefore ideal for a wide range of applications, such as recording voices, pianos and acoustic guitars.
Its radical look, with its sloping front, is the creation of a German designer who has already worked on many well-known devices used in music creation; it is optimized for ease of use when the interface is placed on a surface.
The new drivers are easy to install and control. The interface has been successfully tested on most workstation software, so the user can easily use the one of his choice. The US-2x2 can also be used as an audio interface with an iPad or other iOS device, using a Lightning to USB adapter for authentic Apple cameras (the AC adapter for use with iOS devices is included as standard).
Thanks to its potential for future use with other workstations and pediatrics under iOS, the US-2x2 is an ideal'first' audio interface. There is also a bundle version delivered with the US-2x2, a headset and a condenser studio microphone
