TAYLOR 814ce-LTD 2018 acoustic/electric steel string guitar is a Grand Auditorium cutaway model, with solid "Singing" Sitka Spruce top, solid Cocobolo back/sides, Ebony fingerboard and Taylor Expression System 2 preamp.
"Singing" Sitka has slightly wider,
uniform grain spacing, giving it a distinctively
appealing look and sound.
Few woods can match cocobolo’s assertive visual beauty, expressed through bold, fiery hues and dramatic variegation. Tonally, cocobolo is known for its volume and a deep low end that’s balanced by an overall brightness, making it a favorite among players. Normally used for Taylor's Presentation Series and Build to Order guitars.

Rien à dire sur la qualité de la lutherie du confort de jeu la tenue de l’accordage et de la sonorité en acoustique, l’ES system a ses partisans et ses detracteurs, pour ma part et après quelques années , j’aurais préféré un système FiFishman car plus dynamique mais je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec l’ES system notamment avec des sonorisations professionnelles.
