The TAYLOR Academy 12e Walnut electro-acoustic steel-string acoustic guitar is a compact Grand Concert-style model with a truly impressive price/performance ratio.
It features a torrefied Sitka Spruce top, Walnut body, Maple neck and Ebony fingerboard. The torrefaction process not only gives the wood a beautiful patina, but also enhances tuning stability, sustain, clarity and resonance. The build quality is impeccable, and the deep, impeccably balanced sound between generous bass and tonic treble hits the spot on the first chord.
The body area where the forearm rests is contoured for optimum playing comfort. A top-of-the-range guitar feature!
The integrated ES-B pre-amp system incorporates elements of the ES-2 and a digital chromatic tuner.
