Professional recording quality

The H5studio guarantees faithful sound reproduction thanks to its F-series preamps and dual analog/digital conversion. It offers saturation-free 32-bit float recording and exceptional dynamic range.

Color LCD display

The display shows levels and waveforms in real time, ensuring precise control of every sound recording. An essential asset for professional recording on the road or in the studio.

Recording versatility

Supplied with the XYH-5s capsule (2 large-diaphragm microphones), the H5studio also accepts the SSH-6e and EXH-6e capsules (sold separately), enabling a wide variety of audio configurations.

Advanced connectivity

Two XLR/TRS combo inputs with locking, +48 V phantom power, +4 dBu line level, headphone, line and camera outputs. Also includes a tone generator for level testing.

Enhanced functions

Includes: mono recording, low-cut filter, automatic normalization, variable speed playback, looping, WAV export, and 4-in/2-out USB audio interface mode on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.

Accessibility and autonomy

Voice guidance makes the H5studio accessible to the visually impaired. It operates for up to 15 hours on AA batteries, and can also be powered via USB or external battery (AC adapter optional).

Wireless synchronization

Add the optional BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter for remote control via the ZOOM Handy Control & Sync application and wireless timecode synchronization.
