Tweed Deluxe 5E3-inspired overdrive pedal with wide amplitude, from Grant Green to Crazy Horse! Big and powerful, yet refined, Formula n°55 blends into your amp, turning it into a tweed monster! It exactly reproduces the preamp section of the Fender Tweed 5E3 Deluxe, using a discrete JFET-based signal path. The Volume and Tone controls reproduce the 5E3's circuitry piece by piece to give you an authentic Tweed amp response. The output section is designed to give you punch and volume with a low output impedance to attack your amp. Set the selector to the Lo position for the clearer response of a Tweed amp. The Hi position is like changing your amp's tubes for higher-gain ones.
