With reworked bracing, a thinner fingerboard, redesigned neck profile and heel, these acoustics are even more faithful to a vintage Martin tonal spirit, augmented by improved ergonomics and even more refined aesthetics. The MARTIN Golden Era Standard 000-18 is inspired by the legendary Model 18s. From the traditional country bluegrass scene to iconic performances, Martin 18s have accompanied the greatest artists. The Standard 000-18 combines this heritage with some of today's most contemporary features.
Featuring a Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany body and neck duo, Ebony fingerboard and Sitka Spruce GE bracing, the versatile 000-18 produces the balanced, even, warm, rich and expressive tones we've come to expect from a Martin. For a more contemporary feel, the "GE Modified Low Oval" neck profile offers outstanding playing comfort.
