Overview

Meticulously crafted in the Warwick workshops in Germany, the magnificent five-string SADOWSKY MetroLine 21-Fret Vintage J/J Bass, Swamp Ash Body, 5-String (SML21VJ5 32 ASH FR) perfectly reinterprets a classic American solid-body electric bass.

A design crafted for rich and precise tones

The SML21VJ5 Ash features a swamp ash body, a bolt-on maple neck, and a maple fingerboard inlaid with 21 frets. This traditional combination of woods produces a sound that is both full-bodied and responsive, dense and precise, with dynamic lows, balanced mids, and crystalline highs.

Active electronics for maximum versatility

The Vintage J/J Bass is extremely versatile thanks to a pair of Sadowski hum-canceling J-style pickups (Jazz Bass© type) and custom active electronics. The VTC (Vintage Tone Control) filter effectively complements traditional bass and treble settings by attenuating high frequencies and giving your tones an authentic vintage character, much like a passive bass.

Included accessories for optimal protection

This bass comes with a Sadowsky Portabag gig bag, ensuring adequate protection when you’re on the go.
