Taylor Gold Label 512e - natural

Inspired by the "flat-top" acoustic guitars of the 1930s and 1940s, the models in the Gold Label Collection embody a new concept for Taylor. The instruments in this new series combine three elements to create a magnificent traditional sound: a new variant of the remarkable V-Class Bracing and a "long-tenon" neck joint.

- the "Fanned V-Class" bracing is an evolution of the V-Class introduced in 2018 and designed by master luthier Andy Powers. The best of both worlds, hybridizing the traditional and the modern - the "long-tenon" neck joint exacerbates the resonance of low frequencies. The 512e is a modified Grand Concert, noticeably deeper, providing significantly more warmth and depth of low frequencies, with a wider dynamic range.

The sound performance of the Gold Label is absolutely incredible. With great richness and definition, these guitars have the particularity of producing a volume proportional to the intensity of the playing dynamics, while naturally and musically compressing the signal. Notes played softly are magnified by the guitar with surprising warmth and subtlety.

You'll have no trouble recording on stage or in the studio, thanks to the on-board LR Baggs Element VTC system. Two discreet knobs on the inner edge of the soundhole let you adjust volume and tone.
