WARWICK Alien Deluxe 4-String (Natural Transparent Satin) is a short scale (32") acoustic/electric bass.
Alien received a MIPA (Musikmesse International Press Award) in 2010.
Solid AA Spruce top, layered Walnut back/sides, Mahogany neck, 24 frets Wenge fretboard and Fishman Presys Plus preamp (three bands EQ, tuner).
Between Rosewood, Mahogany and Maple, Walnut offers a great frequency balance with thick and clear bass, intense mids and generous highs.
Wenge is a somptuous endemic tonewood from Cameroon, popular for its sonic relationship with brazilian Rosewood.
